Magic Knight Rayearth is about three 8th grade girls named Umi, Fuu, and Hikaru that get summoned to a fantasy world called Cephiro. There the princess has been caught and held hostage and so she uses her power to summon the three girls who are intended to be Magic Knights which just happen to be Umi, Fuu, and Hikaru. So the girls are taken by a flying fish to the alternate world where they meet a guy named Clef who began to show them their Magical powers that would increase as they fought harder and believed. And so the girls set out on an adventure to get weapons and save the princess. And so our story begins...
